Quality First

Statistical quality control is maintained for processes and certification requirements. We have instruments such as film and thickness meters. CMI coating thickness test equipment, utilizing eddy current technology to ensure a quality finish on your parts. Certifications supplied upon request.

Environment

Total commitment to EPA requirements with conventional pollution control equipment, and actively engaged in waste minimization program: more than 50 percent of the containers, scrap metals and other non-hazardous material are recycled, more than 95 percent of the hazardous waste (metals, chemicals, etc.) is reclaimed.

Parts Control, Packaging, and Shipping

We are computerized to ensure accurate parts tracking while they are on the premises. We can custom pack your parts to your specifications when they are finished. UPS and FedEx shipping services available.

Technology

We recently updated our computer system network to Windows 11 and have multiple desktop workstations through the entire facility to stay up to date with each other in the process areas and office. Technical enhancements being implemented will include bar-coding, electronic data interchange, graphics-based parts identification, and inventory tracking.

Expansion

We are currently expanding our capacity in zinc plating by installing a fourth line which will add to our versatility for zinc plating through components. We have also added a new state of the art baking oven, which allows us to speed up our turnaround time for jobs requiring hydrogen or embrittlement relief.
